The atmosphere is standard issue delicatessen, it's the wonderful service and the great New York style food that really shines here. Pick a comfy booth, scan the huge menu, sit back and relax. The huge sandwiches are stuffed with lean tasty meats and made with soft, fresh rye bread that's truly wonderful. Try the Tongue Rueben - it's amazing! |

User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have to say that i disagree with most reviewers and am very surprised to see no complains here. I've ordered from there twice just because i heard they were the best in town. Both times i've been unsatisfied with the sevice and the quality of food and the overly expensive prices. The first time I placed an order for pick-up and after getting the food and leaving, i noticed there was less food in the bag than what was ordered/charged, we had to drive back and request a refund. Second time was a pick up order again and this time i mentioned to the cashier girl who was so very relaxed and air headed in that crowdedness of lunchtime that i had ordered 7 sandwiches but only saw 4 boxes in the one bag she gave me, but she responded that all were there. I got back home only to find out food was missing again and called to complain. They appologized and delivered the cold and saggy food within 10 minutes. That was unacceptable as we had to throw it out. At this point i will not order from there. Brent's is too crowded, food is not that good and the service sucks! oh by the way they have the valet parking going there now so less place for us poor people to park when we get into that shopping center.
