Yang Chow

Lived near by two different times. When my wife was prego we used to go there and either take out or dne in. I am from NY and this is great Chinese food. Service is always reliable and pleasant. Food is great and very fair prices. Drinks are great (except that I don't drink anymore)-order a rume drink like a Planter's Punch or Mai Tai (or a Long Island Ice Tea).

This is one of our favorite Chinese Restaurants. There is NO valet parking, but good side lot parking. The menu is quite varied, but our favorite dishes are Shrimp in Lobster Sauce, Hot and Sour Soup, Slippery Shrimp, Sauteed Vegetables, Beef and Broccoli, and Steamed Dumplings. I have eaten at the other local Chinese Restauraunts, but found the service and food here to be the best. Recommended.

Don't eat here. I went once and once was enough, the food went from ok to bad in one seating, while the atmosphere is nice the food just isn't and it's overpriced compared to other better Chinese restaurants in the area. I can't even compliment the drinking water as it tasted worse the tap water. The staff seemed friendly but you don't eat friendliness. Save your money and go some place else. (I recommend China Garden on Ventura near Canoga Park)
