User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsOwner has bad attitude: I actually had been using excell for a few months and everything was fine. I believe the owner has two sons that help and they were always very helpful. The owner started managing the register and she really has bad service. There was a mistake made on some pants that were tailored for me and she tried to charge me to fix the problem?? Also raised prices with no notification even though the old prices where still up and when I asked her about it she said "well gas is going up". What does gas have to do with dry cleaning if they do their work onsite?? I no longer go there anymore.
