As a person who dreads car shopping (and dealing with salespeople), I was pleasantly surprised with the staff at Northridge Toyota. I went there "just to look" and ended up getting an incredible deal on a 2005 Tundra that I couldn't have found elsewhere (I know because I looked!). The salespeople were helpful, without being overbearing or overeager or breathing down my neck trying to get me to buy something I didn't really want. Everyone involved in my purchase was extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly. I am so happy that I received poor service at other dealerships. Otherwise, I may not have found such an incredible deal.
