User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI read some of the most recent reviews and decided to have my daughter's 30th birthday party there this month. Speaking to Tracy on the phone was a pleasent experience. She did not hide the $2.50 cake cutting fee and explained why it was additional. She also was fouthcoming with the $7.00 per person cover charge. I will write a review after the party and let you know the out come. So far so good. Bmgg

Went there for a birthday dinner and didn't find out until after the bill arrived that we would be paying a cover charge of $7 plus cake service of $2.50 per person. What the....?! I can cut my own cake. We spent well over $500 in there but I will not make that mistake again. Ridiculous. I can see paying a cover charge if we were going only for drinks and the band. Waitresses need to be friendlier but I guess they don't have to be since the tip is figured into the bill.

I have visited this establishment twice. The food was good both times , but the service was slow and the interaction with "Stevie" was horrible. The paint on the walls is peeling, the bathroom stalls are in disrepair, the tables were off balance and Stevie has a Napolean complex he just a little man but has a BIG CHIP on his shoulder. I asked a question about the cake cutting fee of $ 2.50 and was told that this was his joint and that's that. Wow. I wont be visitng "his joint" any further and I 'll be sure to tell as many people as can not to visit it or reccomend it either. Terrible Terrible Customer Service. And the sad part his since he is old as dirt he is probally set in his ways and wont grow any more so there is no hope for a change in his attitude :00(
