Here's an interesting idea: take the front-corner building of a strip-mall style of shopping center, use the inner 1/4 of said structure for an eatery and you'll get Topz of Warner Center! Using innovation to maximize on their limited space, they've commandeered the walkway just outside their corner of this building for use as an outside eating area--complete with tables, chairs, a Carl's Jr.-style trash container-&-tray collector and even speakers overhead playing pop music. Misters help to keep patrons cool during the summer, while large shades can be pulled down to minimize gusts on windy days. And the food? Excellent! Healthy turkey burgers are complimented with air-baked fries (no greasy side orders here!) and a self-serve soda fountain alongside two tea dispensers. The service is good; food is great; and eating outside on a nice day makes it all that much better!
