absolutely greedy, dishonest people. used rental with 30k+ miles/yr average. 'low miles.' car approx. 1k over kbb valuation. 'great price.' service warranty for 7yr/100k for $1700. 'never have to worry.' (the star and fine print read,'warranty from initial purchase at 0 miles,' so warranty only for 38k miles!). they have great salesmen, horrid morals.
Tried buying a car here a few times, horrible service. There's an online sales guy named Doug who pesters you with emails containing rude messages, and they quote you the same high price over and over again (which is $Ks over other dealers locally) even though I tell them I have significantly lower prices from elsewhere. Don't bother contacting them.
I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Although I had heard terrible things about the service at Hamer Toyota, I was still willing to give them a try. The salesmen at Hamer are not only pushy, but rude, too. I told the gentleman who was helping me what I was looking for. He immediately snapped at me, "Well, you're not gonna find anything like that here or anywhere else." He walked away without attempting to help in any way, as if I was a big waste of his time. Very discouraging. I drove two miles away to Northridge Toyota and guess what? I found exactly what I was looking for AND got an incredible deal! You missed out, Josh. Your bad attitude lost my business (and that of anyone I know looking to purchase a car).
Save yourself the trouble. Visit Northridge Toyota if you're looking for great service and a great deal. They will give you the respect and attention that Hamer won't. And, as a customer, you deserve it!
