Primo Auto Glass

I've been going to Primo for a long time for my cars and my kids. Last week I went there to have my driver glass replaced. The guy told me the price 100.00, I asked for discount since I have been going there for a while already, he said ok $90.00. I was 10 dollars short so I told him Im coming back.

The next day, I went back with the exact amount. A different guy that was there told me its $125.00. I told him I have 90.00 that the guy told me. He said no its 125 but he can do it for 110.00 :-(. He called the owner and to my surprised, the owner was very mean. He didn't give me a chance to talk :-). He said, bla bla bla, go ahead report me to the government. It was very unprofessional! As much as I want to go back there, I will never go back and I'll tell my friends my experience. First the inconsistencies in pricing and the mean BOSS. Principle is my priority, and humane treatment. Not because you own the place, you can talk to people like that. You forgot, I am a CUSTOMER. LEARN TO LISTEN BIG BOSS AND BE CONSIDERATE, SPECIALLY IF YOU'RE CUSTOMER IS RIGHT AND NOT LOOKING FOR A FIGHT BUT THE PRICE YOU PEOPLE GIVES THEM.

Great service But, did not vaccum carpet and needed to return for rookie work besides that pretty good.. close to home
