I had the most humiliating experience at the Mountasia in Santa Clarita. Along with the hard earned money we wasted by games not working. The horrible service (we waited 20 minutes just for drinks) and the food was cold and awful, I did not eat mine nor did I complain to get a free meal. The very YOUNG unexperienced staff at the go carts were so rude that they cussed and stared at my 16 year old daughter and talked about her (sexually) right in front of me. I was in the Go Cart right behind her and they had no idea I was her mom. When I told the staff (youngsters). I heard what they said, they shoved it off as "I was hearing things". The race began. I could not get off everyone was reaved up, Then, I was RAN IN TO PURPOSELY by a "homie" in his own words of one of the Go Cart staff, and called a very bad word that starts with a B. I was so furious and humiliated, along with bruised feet and scared kids. I immediately exited the ride and begged to see an ADULT MANAGER as they laughed about it. They continued to rush off the boy who ran in to me as they knew I was not letting this go. When a manager arrived I was relieved and then totally SHOCKED when the rudest man in the absolute world said for US to leave the park. Park security aka Todd aka LAPD who had came so close to my face I could feel the spit treated me asd if I did something wrong. I asked him to leave me alone and then he FLASHED an LAPD badge in my face, (VERY inappropriate). I responded by saying, why in the world would you do this in front of my children. Why would anyone have to brag about being LAPD? Are they not supposed to help me? It was my sons Birthday by the way. He continued, TODD, to be the rudest most unprofessional man in the WORLD . I have no idea why LAPD would hire someone who flashes in my face his LAPD at a fun park and scare my children to tears. My own husnand is in law enforcement and would never act or brag so unprofessionally. I WAS VERY UPSET BUT IN NO REGARDS DESERVED THIS TREATMENT. I left and was only given a business card from the main manager who was not woman enough to even talk to me. She sent an employee John Miguel in her place, he was the nicest to us. Please do not go here. I drove home in tears, silent ones as to not scare my kids any further. It was my sons birthday. Please do not make the same mistake. Stay away from this place. :O(

My family and I go to Mountasia a couple times a month. I first went with my brother and his family before my kids were old enough. They have great unlimited play specials and the kids love being able to do things over and over. They are a great value which is why I like them. My kids are still too small to drive the go carts but they love going on the ride with me driving. They are so funny playing golf which can take a while but is worth it. And, Farrell's is there. My parents took my siblings and me there for special occasions and now I take my kids. They still have the Zoo too which my kids find particularly fascinating since they are not allowed to run with food and at Farrell's the servers run the Zoo around the restaurant. My kids just cut up every time they see it. "Why aren't they getting in trouble" my smallest child always asks. They have kids meals and the burgers are very good. I'm not a big pizza person, so I don't eat that, but I know they have it. The ice cream is killer! Since we live local, we were really lucky that our kids school got summer fun passes which give us $5 off the unlimited play ticket which is normally $20 so that is awesome. If you haven't been to Mountasia you should take your family!

Good entertainment value its just a shame that their staff (most) are like bunch of mediocre's at best, only a handful are ok but they probably dont last too long whilst the rest of the clowns seem to last forever, moreso with their restaurant. It will be the last time i ever goto this place ever again.

For entertainment, its good. For food and competent staff? go elsewhere!
