Great service!!! people that care!!!!!; I find it interesting that I am writing a review about a mortgage bank at a time when so many of them have been dishonest with their customers, and it is that very same reason that compelled me to write this review; I was very skeptical when meeting with loan officers and then I came to Camino Real, during the initial interview I was shocked with the amount of documentation they reviewed and the number of questions I was asked, at first I felt like I was being asked too many questions, but then I was pleasantly surprised with the way the explained the reason for so many questions, the entire purchase process, what to expect from my shopping experience and the expenses that I would incur in; I was impressed with the concern they showed in making sure that I understood the process and fees; once I found my home, the process worked pretty much they way they described it, smooth and quick; a few months after I moved into my new home, I had some questions about property taxes and they were very helpful as well: I am overall impressed with the service and honesty and I am recommending them to everyone I know that is thinking of buying a home.

Don't even bother caling unless you want to loose your money. VERY Shady people, ESPECIALLY DELLA CAMPA DON"T TRUST HER!!!!!!!!

Dela helped us with the financing of our Condominium, her company was the ONLY authorize lender to do loans in that complex, 1075 N. Maclay ave San Fernando. she saved us about 5k, that the broker was charging us in extra fees. most of my neighbors had the same experience. we are posting the address if you want to verify directly with us. thanks Dela. (are you the broker that lost our business to Dela?)

I agree with leslie's comment, my experience with Camino Real was very pleasant and poisitive, not only they gave me a lower rate but save me money too. I have recommended Camino Real to my parents and they helped them refinanced their home. one of their best characteristics, is that they have bilingual employees with enough patience to explain every document that you are signing, I know my parents are very demanding when it comes to service and they were happy all the way trough the end, they made me look good!! 2 thumbs upl!!! .
