The waitress said, they ...See MoreThe Camarillo Eggs and Things, does not compare to Thousand Oaks. My friends breakfast came out totally wrong. The waitress said, they will make it right and left. My friend really didn't care at this point, she was hungry. She started to eat her breakfast when the waitress took her plate as the fork was in her mouth...rude..no clue...Hello. Instead of fixing what was wrong, the manager yelled out to the waitress..."TAKE IT ALL BACK".! The waitress said, the policy is to take it all back first and not to keep what was made correctly. What a waste of food! At that point, my friend said, Yes take it all back, because we are never eating here again. The manager in Camarillo, has NO PEOPLE SKILLS or common sense or_____. She only defends the restuarant and the customer is always wrong. We will only be back to the Camarillo Eggs and Things restuarant, when they fire her....PLEASE. But since I am new to the area, dont know anyother place for breakfast. I found it expensive, the busboy was rude, no one explained you automaticlly get crepes, and although if I didnt have to pay for them, they were good, I ordered them thinking and not knowing that they were what was served as an apetizer. The waitress was friendly, and attentive but thta didnt make up for the menus lack of variety, high prices and lack of taste. Would rather eat at Dennys -
Posted on 04/07/10Reasonably priced; good service. Although we would like to see organic food offered here, we still come here for our monthly gathering.
