My wife and I visited the Thousand Oaks Nissan dealership on Sunday (September 6, 2009) to purchase our car prior to expiration of the lease and the Finance manager David Rozar and his assistant John Bariquatro were the rudest and most confrontational people we had ever met. Dishonest and disrespectful attitude to the fullest. Not only we were treated as if they were doing us a favor but I was called names infront of my wife by Dave, and his assistant John started to yell at us because we asked to see the contract before signing anything else.
Be aware, shop here at your own risk when it comes to the financing part. The front sales folks are friendly though.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsCar Purchase: T.O. made my purchase simple. Although there was some negotiating to be done. My overall experience was how it should have been. Shop around get prices and bring it to them.
