    We heard many good things about the food at Maru so we decided to try it. Now we are addicted and can't stop going there!!! Everything we've tried has been delicious and full of flavor. It's a little pricey but well worth the money!!

    The place has great ambient, but very mediocre & slightly pricy food. Teriyaki chicken costs $17. The chef decides to be creative with our sushi platter, and smeared lots of salt on some of the raw fish pieces. When I told friends about my bad experience, they all seem to agree that the food quality is not in line with the higher price, nor the high reviews here.

    Maru captures the quintessence of fine dining in Valencia with an atmosphere that is both super frendly and super refined.
