    **Sushi Chef did not wash hands after using urinal in customer restroom**

    My girlfriend and I ate here on a Friday, July 17th at 2pm. The sushi was actually quite good and our Sushi Chef Tom was great and personable despite the language barrier between us. One strange thing was that there was no music playing and the hostess and server were in street clothes, it was a very awkward feeling. The reason for the 1 star is not for the quality of food or for the quality of service (which was acceptable but not worth a repeat visit), it is based on a lack of hygiene.

    - The 'head chef' would eat the rice he was working with by basically shoving two fingers worth of rice into his mouth and then continue to work with the rice without washing his hands. Disgusting!

    - On our way out I stopped in the restroom and witnessed one of the sushi chefs flushing the urinal and walking out of the restroom without washing his hands.

    I spoke with the hostess who seemed like she was a daughter of an owner as she was on the phone asking for more money for the float and she seemed disinterested. She spoke with a younger guy who seemed like he was in charge. This is when I left, never to return.

    If you are looking for a case of E.Coli then I strongly recommend this place, if not then stay clear.

    This place is vear good. Great value but two guys makeing the sushi was not right.
    over 20 people in that day so slow. but the service when it got to you was grate #1
