The worst possible experience ever. Either extremely slimey liars, or grossly incompetent -- probably both. After waiting over a week for our salesperson to find our car, he kept saying "I'm working on it ... " But one day we received a call from another dealership, and within seconds they were able to check inventory for other regional dealerships and find the car we were looking for. Out of courtesy, we called Power Honda, told them exactly where the car was (that they for some reason couldn't find), and gave them the chance to get the car for us and make the sale since we had been working with them. Everything was setup, but they said they were going to get the car from a different dealership than the one I mentioned. Seemed strange, but whatever. We show up to pick up our car, and it's the wrong color(!!) Major blunder, or something else? Not sure ... With the greatest patience we could muster, we agreed to wait until the next day so that they could go and get the right car (which we had told them exactly where to find it -- doing their job for them). So the next day, the young salesman who said he would be into work a 8 am, had still not called by noon. So upon me calling him, he says "Oh, I think maybe they already sold that car, but I haven't actually called over there yet." Outstanding ... So they asked if I would come and sign the paperwork beforehand, and then they would go get the car. Of course I said "No way", but offered to put down a good-faith deposit. They agreed, took my deposit, and setup a time to meet later that night once they had retrieved the car. So later, just as we are on our way over there, we get another call: "Actually, we can't get the car. The other dealership changed their minds, they won't give it to us. But ... if you are interested in this other one we have ... ". UN-BELIEVABLE!!!
My recommendation: Do not do business with people like this. It's not worth it ...
bad experience: i was turned away for another service because the service advisor said i gave him a low score on the previous survey that was conducted regarding their service.
i believe i am entitled to my opinion and in no way i have any obligation to give them an excellent rating if i feel i did not get one.
i talked to the service manager and was told the same thing, which is to go to another dealer for service.
if they cannot accept the results of their survey, whether it is right or wrong, then they should not ask for one.
i guess they were more concerned about their ratings than providing good service to their clients.
SO rude!: Bought my car here a few years ago and was astounded at the discourteous behavior of the sales people. Even when I went back for a simple problem a week or so after I bought the car, the service department was just as horrible as the sales people were (at least they're consistent!). I love my Honda, but the folks here were incredibly rude. They didn't seem to care much about my business. Good thing, because I'd never go back there in a million years.
