After shopping around the neighborhood, I found this place, and I've been coming here for the last 6 years. I am satisfied with their quality service. The people working there are nice and very professional, and I know I can trust them with my clothes year after year.

AWEFUL! TERRIBLE SERVICE! I wish I had read the other review before I brought my dress here. They ruined it!!! I had to fight tooth and nail to get a refund. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! You have many other options out there...you will be better off going elsewhere unless you want your clothing ruined. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Owner would not even come up to the front when there was a problem. AVOID!

I have lived here for 2.5 years, and have had a terrible experience with this place they call a business.
They have charged a card I no longer authorized now for the 3rd time, and since my check was posted, I am in a credit balance. I have called 5 times today, and the phone rings and rings, then a machine recording says "message off", so no one answers and you can't leave a message- all this before 5 pm. Then just now when I got through, I asked why no one answers and he said because he's busy. Wow. If I ran my business in that fashion, I wouldn't have a business for long. Once when I came in at 5 minutes until closing, a rude female employee interupted me when I was pointing out stains on my items to inform me that she needed to leave at exactly 7pm. When I had pick-up service, they didn't come several times as scheduled.
The only reason I have put up with them is because they WERE the only local cleaners not using Perc ( the toxic chemical most cleaners use), but times are changin', so I can finally move on and not resentfully hand these people my money!!!!
