What a disappointment, a waste of time and money. It is very pricey and is not impressive at all. The food and service are not so hot to say the least. Small quantities for the price and by the time the chef was done with all the playing with the food the shrimp (the few were there) were stone cold. The waitress did not speak enough English to work in a neighborhood where English is spoken and scared the kids when she asked about FLIED LICE. Someone mentioned to our waitress that there were two birthdays what she did not mention was that they charged for EACH of the “ceremonies” they had for the birthdays. They gave one picture to one of the two people having a birthday (we were charged for two) and they deleted the picture so they could not print a second. The waitress got rude when she was asked about the second and they did not adjust the bill. We go out for dinner for birthdays every year and have never been charged for the happy B-day embarrassment before and would expect if they did charge we would be told before hand. We had our own cameras, took better pictures and would never have wasted the money had we been told. My suggestion to everyone is go to a real Japanese restaurant, take your own cameras and do not bother wasting your time or your money at Kisho’s.

I recently visited Kisho. The service was horrible. The waitress couldn't figure out what a spicy tuna roll was. She came to our table three different times to confirm and when the order finally reached our table, it was still wrong. After 20 minutes of getting horrible service, we asked for the manager. He was just as awful! We were telling him what the problem was he allowed the waitress to stand beside him and berate us. We finally asked him if he could possibly ask her to leave and she began to talk back to him. The worst part was that he let her! She finally left but by that time, we had had enough so we walked out. As we walked out, the waitress taunted us with "have a nice day!"

Food is ok but unfortunately the service left a bad taste in our mouth!

    NO, NOT SMILEY
was unable to change the face ding dang-it

Looking beyond the Flavor, Presentation, even Friendly Associates who may know you by name... What I saw on my last few visits really put a big "Q" in my mind. Why, would I give it a few visits ? Cuz, sometimes people have off days.... It happens, It's life.
Buh-hut, I need to say somethin on this.
Watching beyond what is in front of me. I saw how the Sushi Prep Men get out and go back into the center Sushi Prep Station. Yes, they crawl on the floor under the counter top we sit at & the wasabi colored belt that we see circulating the sushi/menus before our eyes. I kept an eye on what was occuring.. Yes, shocked !!! Hands were not washed before leaving the Sushi Station. He crawled back into the Sushi Prep area... rinsed his hands for a count of 3 sec. dried them with the towel that's hung on his apron from the beginning of the shift which was set aside when he'd left the Sushi Prep area.
    UUUhh ~ YA-HUCK
NEW SUSHI ROLL: "FLOORMIE" ~ rolled in dried crunchie "Ooey from my Shoe-ie" topped with Asssie-Fault Sauce.

    MMmmmmmmmmmm ? ?

Yes, the associates are always attentive filled with greetings.
Yes, the presentation of your selection is beautiful.
Yes, the variety of dishes is wonderful.
    Yes, the food is deee-lish.
Yes, I can send that food order back when I see what I saw. Yes, I can ask him/them to wash his/their hands between ea. order and or prep of another fish item.
    ( disposable plastic gloves please)

Note: The large glass jars filled with pickeled ginger that floated around the wasabi colored belt a coupla months ago. Gee, they hand it to you now on a separate divided plate which separates ginger from wasabi paste... New presentation or too many people talking into the large jar of ginger.
