Bike Connection

I just had the worst experience, I think ever, in a store. So much so, that I am compelled to leave a review. I am sooo sorry that I actually gave these guys my money this Sunday!
I went in there for a new bike chain, which I bought. $32 for the chain, $6 for the install. After the install, I asked the mechanic if he could show me how to loosen the back brakes. He simply grabbed a wrench and made an adjustment. Nice I thought, I said thank you. Left the store with my functioning bike. A few seconds in, I noticed my back brake not working at all, so I went back in to ask the guy to undo the adjustment.
As I approached the man that worked on my bike, I was stopped by the Owner, who explained to me that the man never touched my brakes, and that if I want an adjustment made, I need to pay for it. After just spending $40, two minutes before this encounter, I couldn't believe my ears. I explained the situation again, simply asking for the mechanic to make another quick fix on my back brake. Now, arguing with the owner, he's actually saying to me that they never touched my brakes in the first place, and his guys don't work for free, etc. I took the 2 seconds to fix the brake myself, when I got home.

I will Never go back into that place, nor do I, or will I recommend them to anyone!

A tiny little hole in the wall where you find a great amount of customer service,products and deals!! I love the guys here. Rest assured, they (Felix, Roberto and the rest of the gang)are very knowledgable.

Great staff. Great prices. Free lifetime service on bikes purchased from here!
Would recommend to first time bikers to serious riders.
