If any of you grew up in the SFV, this is just like Mike's Pizza. Mike's Pizza used to be on Van Nuys Blvd. I remember going to that place a lot as a kid. Sawdust on the floor. The only place you could find dime sized pepperoni. Great ground sausage as well. After Paul Green died (owner of Mike's), it closed down and I wouldn't be surprised if the owner of PC, took a little idea from Paul. PC brings me back to the 70's and going with my parents to Mikes. One of the best pizza in town. Chi Chi's, Vincenzo's and Arri's are the only others I will order from. The secret at PC's is...since the pizza is so thin, order simple. Keep it to one or two items max. Their sauce, cheese, and crust are very unique and flavorful by itself. Salad's and bread rolls are also amazing. Staff are always nice, usually very cute (the girls).
Been going here since I was a little girl. Incredible salads, even more amazing rolls. Minestone soup is good. Their house italian salad dressing is my favorite dressing ever. Their pizza isn't what you expect from restaurant pizza... don't go there expecting medium crust. It's got a thin bottom and a rolled over edge. I love it, though! Rectangular slices! Love the dark atmosphere and sawdust floors. Family owned. I think I'll call and order to go right now!
their claim is false, without a doubt the worst pizza, they use cheap help that havn't a clue what pizza's about,it would be more accurate to call it a mexican joint.

you really sound like a disgruntled former employee. I remember getting take out from this store, oh my g_d, the best STUFFED SHELLS AND GARLIC ROLLS. The staff always seamed nice abd cheerful. If they are using only Hispanic workers maybe it because that's who applied for the job and was willing to work hard for min. wage.
