Foundations School Community

Foundations School Community is a secret garden in progressive school education. My 2 children attended the school from K-8 grades and are curently have 3.85 and 4.0 GPA's at very academic non-progressive High Schools. Sheri Werner and her teaching staff are an amazing group of qualified individuals who understand, nuture and teach the children through progressive education methods. The interpersonal skills, the respect for others and themselves, taught within the curriculum through all ages and reinforced throughout each grade have proven to be huge asset to all who have been at the school. As my children meander through High School, I see the friends they have choosen, and know that they have a the K-8 years have provided them a solid foundation both in academics and character. I would not have sent them anywhere else.

Foundations School Community is a terrific progressive school where children are highly valued as human beings! Students are educated in an environment where they receive an excellent academic education and are also provided ample opportunity to partake in the arts, music, physical education, field trips, and community service. My children are thriving in high school. They enjoy learning and have been taught how to think critically and proactively! FSC gave them a great foundation!!!!!!!
