I was invited to this place for the first time to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday and it turned out to be the worst night ever!
We had made reservations for 8pm and we got there at 7:30 and still had to wait to be seated until 8:20pm. Even though we had reservations!!! We had a party of 20 and we were told by Lana that we were going to be split into two parties of 10 but we would have adjacent tables but when we got there that was not the case. Not only were we separated but we were on two tables at the oposite ends of the whole restaurant. When we brought this up to management and told him that we had made reservations and Lana had made the arrangements, the floor manager said that the plan was changed and Lana was "no body" to be making promises. So please make sure to double check your reservations. Even after we talked to our waiter he thought we would be accomodated and even he was surprised at the floor manager's decision to keep our party separate.
The food was mediocre but the entertainment was good.
I do not recomment this place to anyone because of the lack of customer service from management. I'm in the customer service industry and it's my understanding that managers are supposed to solve problems, this is NOT the case at Tokyo Delves. Then floor manager didn't even try. Our party spent over $600 in food and drinks but we will NEVER go there again.

When the bill came there were some additional charges from drinks and food that we didn't order. Please review your bill before you pay.
My daughter and her friends went to Tokyo Delve to celebrate her birthday and they have so much fun. Two days later she went online and she was charge the full amount of their
bill when she paid cash for most of it. She has the charge receipt from the terminal that says $53.22 with the authorization# on it. Tokyo Delve charge her Visa card $453.22 then put it back in her account but because of that she was charge with overdraft. I called
Tokyo Delve and was told that the money was put back in her account but it will show in 2 days. I asked politely at first who is going to pay for the overdraft charges, she then said that because my daughter gave her Visa card first before paying in cash that Tokyo Delve is not responsible for the charges. No apology or what so ever. I will not recommend for anybody to go unless you have enough money to pay in cash or charge all of it in your card. NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!
wow i went here last night and it was better than a club..after a few sake bombs you will be on top of your chair dancing..i love this place.

I agree with you, When I eat at restaurants I always check the bill when I get it but I've never found a mistake until I got here. The waiter addede extra drinks and food that we never ordered or received. I guess they thought that we were drunk and wouldn't notice. WRONG!!! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE INDEED.
