User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI went universal to go see batman.A friend suggested saddle ranch and went there for dinner.The service was horrible,We waited over twenty min to be seated inside.the strange thing it was completely empty.Some excuse about changing staff.I finally got fed up and asked to be sat outside.After 10 min we finally get a table.Finally one step closer to a great meal...I took our waiter 30min to get us a lemonade and a beer and no basket of bread .At this point my hunger is exhausted.We finally get our food. The BBQ tri tip was cold and flavorless don't waste your hard earned money!!!
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsWell, although their sign says open at 8am, they did not appear to be wanting any business at that hour on July 24, 2008. So if you are hungry you might want to try someplace else. If you are willing to risk it, the food was tasty however dining outside brought with it a few hungry bees who really wanted to hang out with us.

We must of went on a night when they we short on help. The service was really awful. We sat down, waited and waited and waited for someone to come take drink orders. The table behind us sat down after us, got their drinks and food orders-while we still waited, lucky them. All the help seemed to be visiting and having a blast-but not doing their jobs. Finally after finding a manager and complaining we got a waitress, who still took forever to bring us 3 waters, a beer and 2 lemonades. The food also took forever to get to us. We visited in July on a Wednesday night. Maybe ask to sit outside. We sat inside.
