I was shocked to see that last review by simmonsmarla! I just had my 1st visit @ this office & it was Great. While I was sitting there filling in my paperwork, this pt walked in with Starbucks and treats for the staff and said he just wanted to say Thank you for being awesome, I over heard him talking to the staff saying how he hated going to the dentist but that the staff there made it such a pleasure to go to the dentist. This was a big man let me add. I can't imagine why anyone would have anything negative to say about this office. The staff is wonderful or at least to me they were. They were very helpful and kind to all the other patients I saw go in and come out while I was there.

I was surprised to see all the good reviews about this dental practice, I really think that the doctors and staff are the ones writing it, because there is nothing nice about that office, starting from the staff very unprofessional and unfriendly I felt as I was walking into the Emergency Room waiting forever to receive a ridiculous treatment by Dr Jamie Sands, who instead of explaining the treatment she started to get ready for something I didn't have the money for and I didn't need it, and when I asked her, she made me feel stupid for the way she talked to me.
I won't recomend this office to anybody.

Thanks to Previous Reviewers...: I haven't had the best experiences with dentists and decided this time to find someone who was recommended. I figured 5 good reviews spaced over time was a good sign! I'm happy to report that Dr Sands lives up to his great reputation! His staff were incredible - efficient & friendly, and I didn't even feel the injection to numb my mouth up! I'm just happy to have found a dentist who doesn't terrify me, and in whose hands I feel completely safe.
