I took my 09 Corolla to Quality Toyota for the first oil change at 5000 miles (as recommended in the manual). Beside the oil change, the assistant manager asked if I want to have the 5000 miles service done for $50 more. I politely declined that service. Who would be stupid enough to pay for the 5000 miles service? The car is practically brand new. All it needs is an oil change. If the service people are not honest and tried to sell these kind of service, how do they expect customer to come back. This is my first time at Quality Toyota will also be my last time there too. What a name Quality!

If you really read the manual you would of noticed that it also recomends inspection of brakes and rotation of tires. if you dont do that service youll be complaining later about your worn out tires and bad brakes. also voiding the warranty fy not following the recomend service
make sure that you know what your talking about before you bash people.............
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION! I have received the worst customer service from this place. Before I even received my vehicle I was dealing with drama. The dumbies left my car at the tint shop for 6+ hours and I had to keep reminding them to get my vehicle and by night they brought it back to the dealership and it was filthy and did not have the all the parts I ordered on it. I did not know it was going to be sent out somewhere else to have the tint put on and have my new vehicle sit on the side of the street for half the day while I have to babysit it. Good thing I happened to drive by and my friend said he thought that was my vehicle at about 1pm and I was like no way, over here sitting on the side of the road. Surely it was! Also, some wrong parts were on it! I could not believe this service I was receiving. I dreamed of the day my vehicle comes around the corner looking nice and CLEAN and it was the total opposite. I had to pester them to bring my vehicle back from the tint shop after it been there all day! CRAZY! I have had to go back numerous times for them to get parts right or to work right. Also, I purchased an extra care package from them and no one will give the info. of it to me. I have talked to everyone around there over and over. Including the customer relations number which is a joke. The first time I called them the man was rude and said someone would call me back and never did. So, I got to take more time out of my life and call back, then I finally get a call back and the man was acting like I was the guilty one for not having this package info. He had such a bad attitude! I was shocked at how I was being treated from customer relations! I never got no info. mailed to me instead he went over what the package includes very fast and when I asked him to repeat what he was saying so fast, he said that it was in the documentation that I have. Like duh! If that was the case I would not being wasting my time the last year trying to get this info. that I should of got in the first place. There has been a couple other situation and it's been a nightmare. THIS PLACE IS SUCH A JOKE! I truly regret going here.

to the person defending quality toyota....inspection of brakes...rotate tires.. AT 5000 MILES??? Are you KIDDING? As a master tech, I find that kind of defense ridiculous!!! I can understand if the customer had hit a curb, and brought it in for that and thus your defense... but for a 5000 mile oil change!!! That is absurd. You even suggest void of warranty...YOU better know what you are talking about !!! At 12,000 miles AND worst case scenario conditions my dear person, I would not argue you on that , but at 5000, do NOT speak up with such false information about voiding warranty. Your kind of post makes people that know little about automobiles feel they have to accept that $50 charge, and that is irresponsiple of you.
