User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsCool place. Needs more women on the weekends. Definately don't order anything more than a beer or they will take forever and give you something you didn't order.
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsI, am my family of six went to Heroes Restaurant about two years ago. I was the last to order and ordered a bowl of soup. The waiter was very busy that night and I could tell she was stressed out. When my "bowl" of soup came it was only a cup, to which I stated to my waiter that I ordered a "bowl".
It took more time with our order than I thought it should take, having worked in restaurant myself-I give waiters a lot of time to get the order straight.
After I informed my waiter that she made a mistake in giving me a "cup", not a "bowl", she continued to ignore me. After two more times trying to get my order straight, my wife suggested we leave it alone.
When our order was brought to the table, it was brought by two other servers. I didn't see my waiter come by my table but she continued to serve others nearby.
Heroes might have good food, but my experience with them won't let me go by there. Instead, I go to Walters. Walters is one class act with great food and a decent price.-

It has all you could want: Great atmosphere, funky college town vibe, great food, friendly caring service, huge portions. Don't miss it when in Claremont.

It was probably because you were a snooty punk old f@rt like you sound in this review, she didnt come back because you were so annoying and stuck up. I think CoCoa BonGo works at Heroes. I've seen them treat their customers like this, no joke. They have an amazingly bad attitude towards people that pay money to keep this dump afloat. DON'T GO.
