Nice atmosphere, GREAT salmon, nice wine selection.
A good place for a date with your spouse.
Haven't been there on a music night yet.

This is one of the worst restaurants that I have been to. The food is bad and the service is even worse. It is ok if you're just going there to hear the bands and to get a drink, but you do not want to eat there.
On our last visit, the service was so bad that I can barely comment on it. Our server even went home w/out telling us and w/out ordering some of our food. When we asked another employee about our food/server, they acted and replied as if we were bothering them.
This place needs a complete overhall. My party of 4 spent $120 and we all wished that we had gone to Carls Jr instead...pretty bad!

THE PRESS IS A GREAT PLACE TO HEAR LIVE MUSIC, MY FAVORITE IS A BAND CALLED "THE DOGS". WHENEVER THEY PLAY THE HOUSE IS PACKED. GREAT AMBIANCE, GOOD FOOD, AND A UNIQUE HISTORICAL LANDMARK IN THE CLAREMONT VILLAGE.
