I was looking for an item for a sports player, and I called this store several times trying to get through to an associate. The first time, I was put on hold for well over half an hour. The second time I called, I was again put on hold, but was disconnected on their side. The third and fourth time I called, I was again put on hold. I have yet to get through to anyone, and though I don't know what their actual in store selection is like, I'm not about to waste time going to a store with workers who can't even pick up the phone.Report AbuseWrite a comment ... -
