have been to Big O Tires for a few things in the past with the 3 vehicles in my family. Several times had to go back for something to be re-done properly.But I figured that tires..how could I go wrong? 2 months ago, I went to Big O to buy tires from my car. I chose the Michelin brand that had a rebate of $70 for four tires. Big O told me about the rebate. Big O printed out the rebate form off the internet for me. Big O said the rebate was good. I took the form home to send with my receipt only to see that the rebate had expired. I called Big O, they said that Michelin would honor it anyway as they always extend the expiration dates on these special promotions. I believed Big O and sent the rebate in and 30 days later it was returned to me marked "Offer Expired".My husband called Big O, they wouldn't honor the rebate. I am out $70 and that's a big amount to loose this day and age. I won't be buying tires at Big O again.

These guys are a rip off! They couldn't get my car done right and still charged me for the repairs. How do you people sleep at night doing this to your customers?????
