i recently called longo parts department to find a parts for a toyota 1992 celica. my call was answered and i was put on hold. i waited for over twenty minutes and no one answered the my call. if they say we run a million dollar business and customer satisfaction is number 1 what happened to my call ?i guess you have to put up with this kind of rudeness with these big dealerships. . i will let all friends know these happened at this dealership.

I empathize with folks who have expeienced frustrations in their dealings with Longo staff. In saying that I do and intend to, remain a loyal customer of Longo. When I have brought any reasonable complaint in a reasonable manner to their attention, Longo has bent over backwards to resolve the issue or issues. I have not dealt with any "jerks" as on reviewer discribes, but we and they are dealing with mechanical issues, after all, no auto is guaranteed to run perfectly and like cars, people are not perfect either. They (the employees) are simply well meaning people trying to do a challenging job...keeping customers who can be "jerks" happy, the best they can...it ain't easy. Nevertheless If I work with them, they work with and for me. I have no problem referring friends and family to Longo, Fred Williams has been my sales person since 1992, and as for the over 10- 15 folks who have purchased, not one has come to me with angst or remorse. They all have reported back with great experiences.

To All.

If anybody is interested in buying a new Toyota go see Leo Gonzalez he is the BEST. He is of GREAT value to Longo Toyota his customer service is the BEST I've ever seen regarding car sales and then some, he went far and beyond the expectations expected of a salesman. The sales MGR was also a great asset with them. Even the finance associate David was great, had no problems with the paperwork being changed at the last minute.Got a good value on my trade in, there was no pressure what so ever, which is a plus, when there is pressure all it does is drive the customers away, but in this case, they explained it, and either we decided or not, the choice was ours, not there's.

This our second Corolla from them, and it will not be our last, we had to travel over 50 miles to go to Longo but it was worth it. There was several other dealers that we past on the way, there access to the inventory was easy to work with, when others was somewhat harder, there response to the email was fast and swift. Where as to others such as the last time some never responded etc. oops lost sale on there part.

Keep up the GOOD WORK Leo, we will be back for our next purchase.
