User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsImagine the feeling you would have if you found your car damaged in a parking lot, and finding out the person who hit the car didn't leave a note. That's what I experienced a few months ago - truly not a good feeling.
This was my unfortunate circumstance recently after parking my car at a shopping center. Bracing myself for a horrible experience with a body shop (bad experience with previous body shop for my wife's car accident), I decided to take my vehicle to Service Auto Body on San Bernardino in Covina hoping for at the very least good service.
Not only did I get good service, but I received EXCEPTIONAL service. First, the facility is more professional and cleaner than any shop I've been to. The owner of the shop made me feel comfortable from the onset as he walked me through the process of getting my vehicle fixed. He even drove my himself to the rental car office! I thought to myself, "this is too good to be true, let's wait until how the car looks afterwards".
Second, the craftmanship was at the same level of professionalism and my car looked BETTER than before it was damaged. Service Auto Body told me the car would be ready in three days which I thought was great - two days later I get a call indicating my car was ready earlier than expected. I was in disbelief because most auto body shops want to keep your car as long as possible! You can tell a lot about a shop when they under-promise and over-deliver - that's for sure.
I have recommended Service Auto Body and Tom Kane to all my peers, family members, and associates. Mr. Kane and his staff get at 10 out of 10 in my book.

My son scraped the right side of our Honda Accord that he shares with his sister. He needed to get the car repaired before she comes back from school. We brought the car to Service Auto Body. I have been to a few other body shops over the years and my first impression was that Service is job one at this shop. Tom runs his body shop in a professional manner and it shows from the moment you enter his lobby. I took a walk through the facility and noticed it was clean and organized, reflecting the care and pride Tom takes in his business. The repair work was done on time and the quality of the work is the best I have experienced. I have since recommended Service Auto Body to many others.

OMG, Janet is awesome!!! She helped me with my insurance company. Tom was great, he explained all the repairs to me, thanks again cutie. The mustang looks better than it did the day I bought it, Paint was perfect and they detailed it great. I would highly recommend Service Auto Body to anyone and everyone. You guys have a customer for life!!!
