Having utilized storage facilities for the past 20 years in association with my business, it is a pleasure to be at Storage West in Rancho Cucamonga. The staff, in particular, Mike and Brina,have gone beyond their required duties in assisting me with deliveries and all associated unit business. In addition, their have extended a kind and professional attitude everytime I visit my unit.

Great Staff: Moving is a dreaded experience, I was so worried about putting some of my belongings into storage but when i went to storage west all my fears were put at ease, as soon as i walked thru the door and was greeted by the excelent staff Treva and I think it was Jim were wonderful they explained to me that the premises has an alarm and that there is always someone onsite. I was so much more comfortable. They are a very friendly crew..
