User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsHorrible customer service. All they do is lie and lie. Im sure they baited n switched me two times! First time, i let it slide and decided to give them a chance. Second time was the last straw. I called them on saturday to tell them i am coming on sunday, which is the very next day. They said they have the car in stock and everything when i called them on saturday. Then on sunday, i got there and they said they sold it last night. If they knew i was coming in for that car on sunday, why not inform me it was sold? They're always trying to get you to buy another car that you really do not want. I really dont know how they can stay in business. Im gonna report them to the BBB. better business bureau. I really want to sue them.

arguably the worst honda dealership around. extremely poor service, the salesmen/women as well as the finance guys are simply theives. If you are looking for a better price and less lies just drive up to monrovia honda(about 5 miles away).
