    I have been a long time customer of L Verne Car Wash - practically since they first started in La Verne. First I want to say that the cleaning guys do work hard. However, over the years prices and service have corresponded inversely. My neighbor has stopped using this service for a while and after today's experience, I will be doing the same.

    My car was in the drying/wiping area for less than 10 minutes when I got the signal that it is ready. When I went to car , there were still obvious spots and stains. At one spot, my floor mats were simply dumped in a pile. When the assistant manager happened to come by, he practically told me that if I want to have my car cleaned in a certain way, I should let the staff know when I take my car to another car wash. I am going to take his suggestion very seriously.

    hello I would like to thank La verne carwash for the excellent customer service that has been provided to me every time that I go to get a carwash. Please let the owner know Mr. Prevost that his carwash is the best ever and I would never change it for any other one in town.
