The worst car buying experience EVER. So I filled out an application for a 2006 Civic and qualified for a 7.9% $250 a month loan. (Marcos was the salesman)They wrote up the contract and let me drive it away. A week later I get a call from Ken Hayes, the "Finance Manager" telling me the approval for that loan wasn't looking too good. Another week later I get another call in which he left a voicemail telling me to lie about my income to Wachovia Bank by over $1500 a month. A few days later I get a call from the Brian the "General Manager" saying I should return the car because the financing didn't go through. I went to another dealer to try to see if they can give me some advice. They ran the VIN and found an accident on Carfax which Penske Honda never told me about. They said it was a lease return but it was actually bought at an auction after being fixed from the accident. Im glad financing didn't go through now but please beware of these morons. If you want proof that this review is real please email me at literati_life@yahoo.com I still have the contract and will show you. When I returned the car they tried to check off the "Voluntarily Returned" box instead of the "Unable to Finance" box.
My Penske Honda Ontario Experience: I found there service department quality of service to be very friendly and courteous. The Service Managers provide somewhat detailed service, and the lobby of the service department has been renovated to be more comfortable for their customers to wait in. They have a flat screen hdtv, vending machines, comfortable chairs, and tables. Their parts department will also entertain conversations about honda aftermarket parts such as eibach products and more. It's easy to get honda service because all you have to do is drive up to the service department and hand over your car keys to the person waiting. They'll start the questioning process of what could possibly be wrong with your car, if your in for repairs, but if your in for preventive maintenance, then just chill in the seats while watching television. They have an escort shuttle service to the Ontario Mills Mall or to your house. It's a great experience if you can afford their quality service. My only complaint is for them to increase the level of detail in their explanation of the repairs to include diagrams but other than that it's great service.
