User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI needed to replace my entire home theater system and I walked into this store, lots of selections but no sales or service, I was going to buy a 52" LCD TV + Boss V20 home system + Blue Ray system + installation, but waiting more than 50 min with all I got is "will be with you in a min.". This place has complete bad management and totally no service, I end up buying at Superco across the freeway total purchase of $7200+ , I suggest people not to goto this store, it is a waste of time if you are looking for some real service!!!!!!

these people never answer the freakin phone! Very annoying
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsi walked in and there was no friendly employees greeting you. i went to purchase a lcd screen. i had money to spend and no one even attended me i waited for 20 minutes walking around the tvs. but no one so i left.. best buy has excellent stuff but needs more employees who want to sell.
