User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI've used Ty three times now and he always shows up promptly and gets the job done quickly and very cleanly. All our work has been outdoors: replacing sprinkler controllers; replacing leaky gate/ball valves; replacing our regulator; snaking an outdoor drain.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsfast, professional, understanding: I've used Vinyard plumbing twice. Once to plumb and install a new bathtub -- which was completed in three days, on time and under budget. Also did a great job tidying up afterwards. Ty worked with me to select the right tub and fixture and then told us what demolition we could do to help save costs (ie creating an access to the pipes, getting the permit ourselves). There hasn't been a single problem with it.
Another time I used Vinyard for an emergency when a sprinkler valve broke while I was out of town. Ty stopped by and replaced the valve the same day and since he did a great job on the tub I was comfortable enough with trusting him to get the job done right and not to overcharge us even though we weren't there in person.
I'd happily use Vinyard for any other plumbing projects and problems that come up in the future. Five stars for being professional and courteous -- something highly appreciated.
