No complaints from me. I don't know about previous reviewer but the parts department was perfectly fine. I called asked for a few part numbers and they ordered them for me. What he described is something the lady at Burbank Kawasaki (aweful aweful place) would do!
Service department was good too. At first I was concerned because they had a sign on the wall that said 90$/hour labor fee, and i thought they would take advantage of that. But before you they began working they just gave me the price of the job, which was very fairly priced.
Called parts department if they have a part I was looking for in stock. The lady answered the phone said no. I asked for the part number so it's easier if I have to order. The lady goes "No, because you might buy it from someplace else"
Don't worry lady, I wouldn't buy it from you even if you had one in stock. They seem to have no intention to build up good relationships with their customer. Never ever call or go there again.
Called another dealer, they kindly told me the number. Even though they locate far, I'd use their service from now on.
Bought a bike from them years ago when they were under either different managament or owners.
Returened recently trying to purchase anothe bike and realized that they have questionable business practice. Salesman was okay but the manager uses cheap salesman tactics and deception. Basically told us a price and when we were ready to purchase raises the price up on us. Lots of dishonesty and bullying tactics.
I will never return there and suggest others not to unless you like to intimadation tactics.

maybe you phrased your question wrong--if you wanted them to be polite and order it for you, you needed to ask them to do so. if you are savvy enough to shop around and order a part online, you should be savvy enough to find the part number .
