| About: | A combination of authentic and innovative Japanese dishes presented with a modern Japanese flair in the heart of old west style San Dimas. Big Sky Sushi prides itself on very good wine and sake selection as well as fresh ingredients and handmade sauces. Sky, a co-owner, is a Foodie and sake-lover and refuses to serve anything he doesn't approve of! Half price alcohol in Tuesdays and Wednesday are also very popular. |

Without a doubt, one of the best sushi houses around. If you are looking for great sushi at an affordable price, this is the spot. As an added bonus (and to me one of the most important reasons) the folks there are nice, personable and caring. They make your sushi with love, so you can love your sushi! Kampai!!
The food was fresh and delicious!!!Service was fantastic and the price was very affordable...I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a delicious japanese food!!!!
Sushi is overpriced.: Fish is fish: it's not supposed to be as expensive as Big Sky's. I go to Shogun Restaurant on Foothill, and their fish is much fresher, and their rolls are a lot cheaper. The ambience is missing in Big Sky. I don't understand why all their rolls taste sweet. There's not much this restaurant has to offer that is different from any other sushi place you can go to in the area. I went there a grand total of five times, and each time I was disappointed. I go to Aoki or Shogun, both of which are in La Verne.
