    Best IHOP I've been to: I love breakfast, and I've been to many IHOPs where I either wait too long for my food, the server forgets my condiments, they take too long to get my bill, or the food just isn't good, and this location met all of my expectations. The Pancakes w/strawberries were delicious, and so was everything else.

    Rita: Had frozen strawberries-NOT fresh as stated on menu.This is the peak of fresh strawberry season! Cheese blitzes filled with cottage cheese were awful. Expected real cheese ie: cheddar, jack, etc. Manager on duty non-apologetic, even rude! Meal way too expensive for the quality!
