User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have eaten at this restaurant for 13 years, and my visit today was a disappointment. I had just picked up my daughters from school, and were coming for a meal. We had just ordered some food, and I asked for a cup of water. The cashier told me,"We do not have cups for water." So i asked."What if I need water?" "Then you can buy another drink or a bottle of water." I didn't want to start a whole argument, so I just sat down with my daughters and ate our food. Again, I have eaten at this restaurant for 13 years and never once has my meal been so disappointing. All i wanted was water, and I didn't get it. What happened to "Our customer is always right"? I too own a restaurant, and I happen to know that if a person comes in just to ask for water, you have to give it to them. That is a law. As I left, I made a final decision: I will NEVER eat at this restaurant again. P.S. HAHAHAHA I still got my water. I just took my daughter's cup of soda, emptied it, and got some water. After I finished it, I poured away the rest and got more soda. We did this several times. SO HAHAHAHA TOO BAD. YOU'RE DUMB NEW POLICY DIDN'T WORK WITH ME. SO HA!!!!!!!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWorst fast food resturant I've ever been to. I live close to this McDonald's therefore I have endure 4 years of bad service before writing this review. Customer Service is awful and they could never get the order right. I've seen them try to charge customer $1.00 for a cup of ice. That customer said he was going to report to head quarter. One manager dropped my ice cream cone on the table and still tried to give it to me. When I asked her NICELY to please get me another one, she gave me the stink look. Yesterday, I got another dose of bad service from them. I've finally had enough. I, too, will report them to McDonald's head quarter. Whoever tells you that this McDonald's is above standard is lying to you.
