User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsSushi is probably the best I've ever had! The service is sooo bad sometimes (depends on what mood Hiro, (the Chef) is in) that it makes you not want to go back. We went there for a few years just putting up with the service to get the great food but, I guess my patience just finally ran out.

I have been living in Upland for the past 10 years and have not found a better place than Sushi Koyo for Japanese food. Although it is a drive for my family and I to go eat sushi, the sushi is very tasty. I recommend the butterfish and blue crab handroll. There are also many things on the "Trust Me" menu behind the chef. We really enjoy the service staff as well. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy great japanese food.
