User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis is my favorite thai restaurant. I love it because they serve vegetarian meats as substitutes without charge! The quality of their food is amazing and the prices are very reasonable.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis was my first visit here to Thai Purple, after a friend had recommended the place to me and I was very surprised at how nice the place was in the inside and how great the food was. As a matter of fact, I can't wait to go back!

Their pad thai was mediocre. It wasn't bad, but I definitely wasn't good either. The fried rice was too dry. Also, it must have been 80 degrees outdoors and it was so much hotter in the restaurant - how could they expect their customers to stay there! They barely had enough room for customers to walk through the restaurant because the tables and chairs were so close together. I should have just gone to Panda Express across the street! The service was beyond terrible. There were 2 waiters and they were both doing their homework - on the clock! while I waited for them to help me. When they finally decided to help me, they acted like "I" was bothering them! WTH! When I asked about delivery charges, they said they "don't deliver" when their menu flat out said they do and the girl at the counter was taking phone orders - for delivery!!! Again, WTH! This place has got to be one of the worst restaurants in Alhambra!
