this dealer sucks BIG TIME. broken down dealership, nobody greets you as you enter the dealer. NO PARKING SPACE for customers. price is not anywhere close to price listed the advertisement. sales people are ALL unprofessional, they have no clue what's listed on the AD nor what they have in stock, seems like they're all daydreaming. I have my down payment ready to take the car home the same day but FINANCE MANGER is unprofessional, rude, NO MANNER, unwilling to negotiate, they mark up their car WAyyYYYYYYY above the invoice price!!! oh yea i think the finance has a discriminating issue, he started off asking me if i can speak ENGLISH! I'm not Caucasian but i think i can speak more fluent than him with his strong ACCENT! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE, don't bother to deal with these cavemen!! NOT WORTH YOUR TIME!!
p.s. to you cavemen @ Alhambra nissan. consumers DO research before they go to dealerships, don't think they're idiots and start the offering price ABOVE the MSRP.
Called dealership and spoke to Sam as well. Was told they test drive the 370Z. Get there and he is not very personable and pawns some other guy off on me saying, "I have two other customers." I get there and they act like they're getting the keys to pull it out. Mind you...I've done research for weeks, have 800+ credit, want to put $6000 down and drove over 30 minutes to get there since they have the chicane with sport pkg in stock. I was ready to purchase. The guy comes out with keys saying...oh we don't usually test drive since 18 year old try to come drive them. And! I'm 30 what does that have to do with me. They want to run my credit, go over paperwork and talk numbers first then maybe I can drive it. He goes back and forth 2-3 times to his manager and by then I was over it. My bf has the 350 roadster manual, but I'm not spending over 30k, lowering my credit score to run it, when it's that much trouble for a simple test drive. I know what I want in the car and I want a personable salesman (or is that an oxymoron). I won't be returning and now have to drive to universal city nissan tomorrow night.
Be wary of this dealership! I recently purchased a new vehicle from them and took advantage of the CARS program. I had a good impression of them until some days after our purchase. We were quoted $4500 as our rebate but they called after several days and said that because of some changes in the program, our old vehicle only qualifies for $3500. I checked the official government website and called the hotline and confirmed that we still qualify for the $4500 rebate. Long story short, I found out that they previously had the correct model of the car I purchased (which qualifies for the $4500) in my paperwork but for some reason they re-printed another one with a different model which only qualifies for $3500 rebate. It might be an honest mistake but what kind of dealership does not know which car model they sold you?
