I was recommended to audio excellence by one of my friends. He brought me to their shop and I was a bit unsure at first. That quickly changed when I meet my buddies bro. Johnny, he hooked me up with a sub system, neon light system, and the after market spoiler. For your installer ask for Brandon, he installed my system and everything and I haven't had one issue with it since I got it three weeks ago. Also the management stands by their work and any problems they will get it fixed and working again right way and usually at no extra cost. This shop is going through some big changes and is starting to look and operate better than before with new installers and then cutting the dead wieght to bring the shop back up to what they us to be. Any thing you want done they can get it done and again at a great price. Keep up the good work guys

I dont even want to give them 1 star. I know plenty about car audio but didnt have the time to do my own install so I let them have a shot at it. I provided most of the equipment. First problem was the sub box, I asked for a 6c/ft. ported enclosure tuned to 32hz and came back to a sealed box. They told me I only had 5c/ft and I know for a fact I have atleast 8. I actually have a 6c/ft box currently installed. Second problem was the wiring of everything. I had them install a 3way active frontstage and even drew out a diagram for them to follow which they ignored, they even left the passive xovers installed. I honestly dont think they've even heard of an active frontstage. Last but not least was 60sq/ft of sound deadening and 3 yards of another sound proofing material that I provided and paid for them to install, they told me it was installed. When I went to pick up my car I noticed they blew one of my tweeters, even though I told them not to mess with any of the settings and to leave the radio off so I could tune the system (showed up to my system thumping). So I ripped out everything and noticed that they only put a small square of the sound deadening material I provided behind the speakers in the front doors. STAY AWAY FROM THESE IDIOTS....

TO HELL WITH WHOM EVER DON'T GOT PROPS FOR THIS COMPANY!!! THEY SAVED MY DAY!!!! IN LESS THAN 30 MIN THEY HAD ME TAKEN CARE OF AND AT MY HOME!!!! YOU GO AUDIO EXCELLENCE AND FORGET THEM HATERS!!!! AGAIN THANKS YOU ALL ARE THE BEST!!!
