User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars by nosillarelyt 09/15/2010 I process 20 to 30 shirts per month plus business suits and slacks. They lost an order of shirts and a suit. Shirts were custom at $100 per shirt & I replaced the suit at around $600. In this case $1200 in replacement costs. OUCH!!! First they said they would find it... nope! A week goes by... Then they called and said I already picked it up... Nope! A week goes by... Then they called and said the order never existed. If you value your clothes, take them some where else. Nice people at the front desk but poor quality and zero quality & inventory control.
