Stay FAR FAR AWAY from these shady guys. They are the ones who give car salesmen a bad name.
I bought a used car from them last week. They said they checked it inside and out, yet in one week we found a blown out reverse light bulb and then a few days later the battery died.
When I called them about the battery, they said, "sorry, that's normal wear and tear." What a joke! After only one week! I thought they checked the car out! I guess selling cars with bad parts is part of their "Quality Inspection."
I even said, "hey at least give me a gift certificate or something for my troubles." The guy said, "Sorry, sir, that's just normal wear and tear."
These losers have no idea about customer service or even care that I will never come back again.
Need your honda repair/service work done. Don't ever go over to these place. Their service department is the pits. They don't even know what they are doing. Took honda for check engine lignt on. Ernesto Chavez (worst service advisor i ever met) provided estimates to fix the check engine light was due to engine overheat and suggested that I fix engine thermostat, dtc p0117, ect sensor low voltage, tw sensor and supply hoses at cost of $445.00. Told him to repair it. Pick'ed car on 13th of May, 2009. Driving down on the south 5 FWY,
engine light came on. Towed honda to my house. Took honda to these dealership next day for the diagonosis. 18th of May, got a call from the service department that i need to replace the radiator and engine gasket work done to correct the overheat problem at a cost of $1700.00. I would think that a factory trained technicians would be able to tell whether there is a problem with the radiator and the engine gaskets and able to provide the correct diagonosis for the problem prior to fixing the car. Worst dealership. I'll never buy another Honda.
I received a quote from Efrain. I told him his was one of the highest quotes I received and he yelled at me saying that no one is selling civics below cost and that he is the largest dealer in Los Angeles. He then demanded to know what other quotes I received. I told him that I didn't like his approach and to remove me from his list. I almost didn't do this because his grammatical errors were so entertaining that I sorta got a kick out of reading them. He said he would remove me and low and behold the next day Art emails me. I am now driving my new civic from Honda of Hollywood for 100's lower than their quote.
