Bad for Business: Just for the record, I'm a big fan of Honey Baked Ham, and have been buying their hams and other items, such as sandwiches, for about ten years, now! The product is worth every penny. Whether, it's a ham or a ham sandwich, it's worth every bite. But, at times, the service is not what it should be. Take for instance, today, when I went to the one on East H. Street, in Chula Vista, California, and requested extra onions and cheese on my ham sandwich, and walked away with a product that I was not pleased with. I asked the lady, politely, to include that on my sandwich, and was basically dismissed. Once I got home, I called to express my concerns to the manager, but she did nothing but make excuses. The lady, who made the sandwich, seemed, as if, she had a problem with me personally, when she didn't know me, from Adam. Now, that's not the way to treat a paying customer, and I felt extremely insulted. I don't know what it was, but she definitely had a problem. I love the product, but can shop somewhere else. I'd hate to have to do that, but that's exactly what I'll do, and will, too, spread the word. I have no problem telling people that unless they, at least at this store, like you, they'll treat you like dirt. Honey Baked, has a great product, but when it is made, by such a nasty person, it makes it hard to swallow. I just thought you'd like to know!
