User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMy family went to La Bella's tonight becase my husband has fond memories of the restaraunt. They have this wonderful game room and new area that looked like fun. We sat down, ordered drinks when the waitress returned we orderd a large pizza with 2 dinner salads. It took 30 minutes to get a small salad and and 1 hour to get our pizza. The waitress kept saying that she put in our order with the order of the tables, but we were there before some of the other tables and one table ordered 2 pizzas and salads and we still did not have our pizza. When we asked about our order the waitress kept saying she would bring it out hot when it's done. She never came to check on us to say it's on our way or anything. I'm aware that she was busy, but she had an attitude from the beginning and I tried to ignore it. When the pizza finally came, it wasn't that great, not enough sauce and absolutley no flavor and there was so much cheese it was rubbery. After very bad service and ok food I felt like no tip was deserved, if she was nicer and seem to care that we were waiting for a long time I would have left her something. After I walked away and was 1/2 way to the game room, she yelled at me HAVE A GOOD NIGHT MAM!!!!! I couldn't believe she had the nerve to do that after her attidue. I will never go back there again. Poor service, poor attitude and poor food. Last time, no more fond memories, tonight spoiled that.

La Bella Pizza is great. There service and Dining areas are tops. Best part are the pictures and sports bar. I have been eating there pastrami and salads since 1990. My first time there was for a sports Banquet. The recent addition of the Cafe and Games Room is a thrill for all ages.

Been to La Bella numerous times while stationed in the Navy. First time was in 1997. Loved the pizza, especially the calzones, and the service at the time was top-notch. I left in 2002. Came back to visit after a 6 yr hiatus and while the pizza and calzones were still pretty good, I was shocked at how the service went downhill. First time was by an older gentleman who messed up our order 3 times. Silver lining was that we were able to keep the other orders at no charge. Second time was an elderly Filipina lady who seemed grumpy and practically threw our food at us. Sadly there was no 3rd time and had to go back to Texas where I have had yet to find a pizzeria as good as la bella's
To recap: Their pizza/calzones are awesome. the service..not so good.

OK, I'm going to be in CV for a week beginning tomorrow, visiting family, so I'm going to give La Bella's another try. I would like nothing more than to have a great exprience so I can continue to give LB's my business. Let's see what happenes ... but I'm still wary about ordering another calzone ... think I'll stick with pizza.
