Rude, Rude, Rude, there is not much else you can say about the service here. The employees are respectful and courteous. The owner is about as nice as a pit-bull with rabies. Before I even told her what the problem was she was rude and disrespectful. Damaged my couch cushions and refused to do anything about it. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Ridiculous prices and NOT earth friendly! Their website says they are earth friendly with energy efficient machines - but this seems to be more of a marketing gimmick. When I went to pick up my clothes they separated out my order into 2 bags when it would have fit into one. And their plastic bags are very large - which is a complete waste of plastic!! They only did this to justify their high prices and make the items look more "presentable". I would have rather had a company actually practice what they preach!! And their prices are completely overpriced!!! I brought in some sweaters and they quoted me $8.85 but the bill came out to $11.18 each (after a % discount otherwise each sweater would have been $13.15). I am NEVER coming back! They were also dishonest about the prices (this is a longer story but I think you get the idea).
I do NOT recommend this place at all!

Good Service, pretty friendly but a bit costly. I got a pair of pants hemmed here and they came out perfect! I don't know that they offer overnight or same day service either. It took 5 days to get my items back but it was well worth the time!
