Quiet, out of the way, special little trip into the land of dress up and fancy china. Nancy makes the very best scones in town. Her prices are better than most in San Diego, especially when you consider that she will keep refilling your teapot with a variety of teas where most places just give you one pot. There's a nice little outdoor seating garden, or a cozy indoor area. Plenty of "dress up" clothes, some tea-related merchandise, and an opportunity to purchase loose the tea you just drank. Lovely place to check out of the world to for a few hours.
